Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using QRCraft ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
License and Use
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Create QR codes containing malicious content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Use the App to infringe on intellectual property rights
User Content
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create using QRCraft, including QR codes, images, and associated data. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share.
Prohibited Content
You agree not to create QR codes that:
- Contain malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Link to phishing websites or scams
- Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Subscriptions and Payments
Premium Features
QRCraft offers premium features through in-app subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. You authorize Apple to charge your chosen payment method for recurring subscription fees.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their App Store refund policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
Free Trials
If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless canceled. You may only use one free trial per subscription type.
Intellectual Property
Our Property
QRCraft, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without written permission.
Templates
QR code templates provided in the App are licensed for your use in creating QR codes. You may not redistribute or sell the templates themselves.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS
- UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
We do not guarantee that QR codes generated will be scannable by all devices or that the App will meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Business interruption
- Cost of substitute services
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you create or share using the App
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your license to use the App terminates immediately
- You must delete all copies of the App
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco, California.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.
